Process Flow Of Aluminum Alloy Die-Casting Molds

 

1. Mold design

- Design the mold according to product requirements, considering parting surface, pouring system, cooling system, etc.

- Use CAD/CAE software for simulation analysis and optimization of design.

 

2. Mold manufacturing

- Select high-strength, heat-resistant and wear-resistant mold steel.

- Manufacture the mold through CNC machining, EDM and other processes.

 

3. Mold preheating

- Preheat the mold before die casting to prevent thermal shock and cracks.

 

4. Die-casting process
- Inject molten aluminum alloy into the mold and form it under high pressure.
- Control parameters such as pressure, speed, temperature, etc. to ensure quality.

 

5. Cooling and mold opening
- Open the mold after cooling and take out the casting.
