1. Mold design
- Design the mold according to product requirements, considering parting surface, pouring system, cooling system, etc.
- Use CAD/CAE software for simulation analysis and optimization of design.
2. Mold manufacturing
- Select high-strength, heat-resistant and wear-resistant mold steel.

3. Mold preheating
